Sheet/Strip Straighteners are manufactured depending upon the material specifications and other requirement of our clients. Along with the versatile range of top quality precision strip straightener, pull through models are also available. The machines varies up to 750/1250/1650/2000/2500 mm and sheet width 0.3 – 20 mm sheet thickness and are use for straightening the materials like CRC, HR, SS, Aluminum, Brass and Copper.
Heavy Duty Sheet/Strip Straighteners are used for straightening and leveling the sheets with more thickness than the normal metal sheets. Product is designed using optimum resources for the heavy duty work which is driven by the powerful gear motor.
Hassle free operations and enhanced features of the machine have resulted in its increased efficiency and reliability. Different capacity models are available to satisfy the variegated demands of our esteemed customers.
Leveler Working Method and their Application :
By selectively bending portions of the leveler work rolls through the adjustable back-up rolls the material fibers get properly stretched in the critical areas and leveling steel coils and sheets in cold condition to eliminate the main defects of the metal sheet after rolling mills such as dents, curvature, waviness, camber and so on..

- Driven by A/C gear motor / Hydraulic motor.

- Jaw Expansion- Hydraulically operated.
- Mechanical or Electro-magnetic / Pneumatic disc provides smooth working.
- Snubber is provided for pressing the coil.
- Coil Car Carrier is provided for loading of the coils on Un-coiler.
- Body MS fabricated.
- Shaft are made of alloy steels.
