CR Cut to Length Line machines are used for uncoiling, straightening of sheets and automatically feeding or even cutting in required lengths of sheets. Our product makes sure that the process is accurate and better shearing is done on processing line. Product is available in ranges up to 1600 mm width and 4.0 mm sheet thickness.
Product is also used in cold and hot rolling of carbon steel and for all the different kinds of metal material with a surface coat. The machine is used for automatic feeding and for cutting precise length of sheets.
FEATURES :
- We are manufacturing CTL Lines up to 750/1250/1650/2000 mm coil width.
- Thickness of the Coil varies 0.20 to 4.0 mm (in case of different machine) of CRC & GP Coil.
- Coil Weight varies 10/20/30 MT.
- Capable of handling coils with different thickness.
- Line Speed 30-100 MPM.
- Automatic feeding operation with servo motor.
- Leveller Rolls are made of Alloy Steel with hard Chrome plated.
- Stability and safe trouble free operations.
