SS Cut to Length Line machines are used for uncoiling, straightening of sheets and automatically feeding or even cutting in required lengths of sheets. Our product makes sure that the process is accurate and better shearing is done on processing line. The machine is used for automatic feeding and for cutting precise length of sheets.
FEATURES :
- We are manufacturing CTL up to 750 - 2000 mm coil width.
- Thickness of the Coil varies 0.20 - 3/3-12 mm (in case of different machine) of SS Coil (CR & HR BOTH).
- Coil Weight varies 5/10/15/25/30 MT.
- Automatic feeding operation with servo motor/Encoder (Tight Line)
- Very precise length tolerance & controlled by Servo Motor.
- Very precise length tolerance & controlled by Servo Motor.
- Sheet contact with machine PU coated & Rubberized rolls to avoid dent scratches
- 4-HI & 6-HI levellers providing very precise shape correction with electrical controls & giving table top flatness.
- Leveller Working Rolls are made of imported alloy steel with chrome plated finish.
- Sheet stacking system automatic by drop type stacker, giving sheet stacks are straight and aesthetic look.
- Whole line controlled by one control Panel.
- Lines are - Loop line, tight line & with fly shear
